- The way she spins around in circles in the tub when she takes a bath
- When she nods her head yes vigorously
- The way she claps when I get out the Cheerio box
- The smell of her sweet breath when she is fast asleep
- When she screams in delight as soon as I get home from work
- How she looks surprised when she snorts water in the bath
- The babbling conversations she has with me in gibberish
- Her belly laugh when I tickle her under her cheeks
- The way she makes little circles with her feet when she is excited
There are many more things I love about her, but I am so tired that these are the ones I remember now. She is just so much more than I could have ever imagined. How very lucky I am to have such a beautiful and happy little girl. I can't believe that she is almost a year old! I just want everything to slow down so that I can absorb every second of her. It has gotten harder and harder to leave her for work... even though I still love my job, I sure feel like I am missing so much time with her.
Exhausted. Must sleep.

Tracee....your list is a reminder of when you were a little girl and the things that delighted me daily. Your dad and I marveled at each small accomplishment. You were so much fun each day and the first time you belly laughed, I thought I would never stop laughing. Namo and I laughed until the tears rolled down our cheeks. Thanks for the reminder of all the things our beloved children do to make us fall head over heels in love for life!! xoxoMom
