Baby Chloe is Here!

Ashley's little cousin arrived yesterday at 7:00AM! Her name is Chloe Lynn and she is super cute with a little bit of dark hair. We can't wait to meet her and are so excited for Auntie Jenny and Uncle Chris! Congratulations!

Nothing Better Than A Sleeping Baby

I just love going into Ashley's room after she's been asleep for a few hours and staring at her cute little face.  I've started taking a some pictures at night to capture that sweet innocence that I love so much...

Things I Love About My Daughter That I Hope I Never Forget

• The way she spins around in circles in the tub when she takes a bath
  
• When she nods her head yes vigorously
• The way she claps when I get out the Cheerio box
• The smell of her sweet breath when she is fast asleep
• When she screams in delight as soon as I get home from work
• How she looks surprised when she snorts water in the bath
• The babbling conversations she has with me in gibberish
• Her belly laugh when I tickle her under her cheeks
• The way she makes little circles with her feet when she is excited

There are many more things I love about her, but I am so tired that these are the ones I remember now. She is just so much more than I could have ever imagined. How very lucky I am to have such a beautiful and happy little girl. I can't believe that she is almost a year old! I just want everything to slow down so that I can absorb every second of her. It has gotten harder and harder to leave her for work... even though I still love my job, I sure feel like I am missing so much time with her. 

Exhausted. Must sleep.
